Deviant Universe: Arrow-Kill

**Updated Arrow-Kill's uniform. I've been meaning to update his look for some time now. Some in the DU had mentioned that his old look was not as favorable, so here is his new outfit! This is actually a redesign of one I had made many years ago. Most of the concepts are still intact, but there are a few alterations I made to it to keep things fresh. Some things to note are the following: his hair is now shorter and spikier with his ponytail now gone, Arrow-Kill's bow can now retract (or extend) and is housed as a baton in his pouch, he now has wrist gauntlets that can flip open and fire miniature arrows (darts) when not using his bow.

Finally decided to add Arrow-Kill to the Deviant Universe. I actually created Arrow-Kill way before Agent 42X, as Arrow-Kill was one of the original members of the Thunder Force team back in my early TF comic book. After many years of not using the character, Arrow-Kill appeared a few times in my Agent 42X web series, even though he's not a big fan of 42X (as seen here fav.me/d4gifry) With the Havoc Unit no longer around, and Thunder Force looking for new recruits, Arrow-Kill decided to seek interest in the Thunder Force team, especially with 42X no longer around after he stepped down as team leader.
