Yes, I've been wondering where the President stands on the new Havoc Unit - it doesn't really fit with his pro 'traditional hero' agenda. I kind of referenced this in my last page too - BC's A.N.G.E.L.S team have fallen out of favour (along with other paramilitary types) when RAPTOR fell - the pro Thunder Force agenda has hit them (and their budgets) hard! Looking forward to seeing how this plays out.
