BRUTAL BRAWL - Anarchy has seized all broadcasting waves and has sent out a hypnotic wave through these means in order to reach every hero deviant. He has given them the command to engage in combat with the next hero deviant they happen to lay eyes on.
I wasn't going to originally participate this month since I was a bit rundown from the Heroes United crossover, but after seeing that Bracey100 didn't have a partner for this month's DU challenge, I decided to take part so that he could participate as well. So here we have Agent 42X going up against Mr. Happy. I used Happy's plasticity ability to trap 42X as he struggles to break free. Who will win?
